uStream TT2 from Mitchell Acoustics is a belt-drive Bluetooth turntable with a real wood veneer plinth in Oak or Black Ash and USB recording, so you can stream vinyl to any uStream speaker or archive records straight to a computer. It plays 33⅓ and 45 rpm with auto-stop and uses an Audio Technica AT-3600 moving magnet cartridge on an aluminium tonearm. A switchable built-in phono preamp and RCA outputs let it run wired too. It is fully manual: you lift the tonearm onto the record to start, and lift it back to its rest at the end of a side, while auto-stop halts the platter. 2-year warranty.
The uStream TT2 records directly to a computer via USB. Connect the deck, open Audacity, and your vinyl collection becomes a digital archive at whatever resolution you choose. No additional hardware. No external audio interface. The recording chain runs through the uStream TT2's own circuitry. The same RIAA equalisation that makes it sound right on playback applies to every recording it makes.
The plinth is real wood veneer, available in Oak or Black Ash, not a print or a laminate. The aluminium platter and tonearm match the quality of the deck's construction throughout. The Audio Technica AT-3600 moving magnet cartridge is fitted as standard, the same cartridge as the uStream TT1, and tracks cleanly across the length of a side.
Bluetooth 5.1 streams to any compatible speaker, including every product in the uStream range. The touch control pairing button sits on the top panel. One press connects the deck to the last paired device. RCA outputs remain available simultaneously, so wired and wireless run together.
The uStream TT2 and a pair of uStream speakers is a complete wireless hi-fi system with USB archiving built in. Add a WiiM Mini to any uStream speaker and the same room plays vinyl, streaming, and hi-res audio without switching inputs or changing anything about how the uStream TT2 is set up.
